A few days ago i was drinking water, then i had a very violent sneezed. (allergy reasons) Then i had got this terrible pain in my shoulder blade instantly after the sneeze, which hurts really bad.Any one ever had this pain before? Its been 2 days since the sneeze and still hurts pretty badly. I could barley stretch. I try bengay too but nothing still the same agony. A few months before the similar thing had happen but it was my left shoulder blade, it took a couple of months to heal but the same intense agony. But i cant stand the pain any more any one know how to fix from past references. Going to the doctor isn't a option since my parents work and i have football practice.

I would just like a second opinion on what the could be a way of fixing this problem.

  1. I have never experienced this but it does sound like you could have strained some muscles around there as a result of the sneeze (an example only).  You can try applying heat to the area to see if that helps but I would recommend talking to the school nurse as well to see what she says.
