Snitching for money?

I've been looking for a job since feb, I havcen't had any luck but I do see a lot of crime. Can I call the cops about a drug dealer in my nieghborhood and get paid for it? or tell on a bussiness I know that doesn't pay taxes?

  1. you won't be paid for reporting crime.  and you risk personal safety, and lawsuits.

If you have information regarding drug dealers, your local narcotics agency (police dept. or sheriff) will pay you for your credible information.  If you have information about big cases, the DEA (drug enforcement administration) will pay big bucks for credible information.  I had a client who owed a lot of money for child support and needed cash.  I hooked him up with a DEA agent because he had information about a big drug dealer.  After giving information, he got paid thousands of dollars.  Seriously!  There have been stories of confidential informants being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for working as an informant.  Check out this man's experience with informants:

  3. I saw an advertisement last night that might work for you. The commercial said, " Got an itch to snitch? Call 1-800-SNITCHERS. We will satisy your itch to snitch and protect you from gettin tossed in a ditch you witch".

  4. Abraham Lincoln created the "False Claims Act" which allows people to report, and get money for turning in people making false claims against the government.  Usually, its about 15% of what is recovered.
