  1. fouls score 4 or the value of the fouled ball, whichever is higher

    eg you accidentally pot the black when shooting a red so the black is re-spotted and you lose 7 points

    eg you accidentally pot the yellow when shooting a red so the yellow is re-spotted and you lose 4 points
