Question:

Snooker verterens help! on handspliced snooker cues?

Im recently been seeing people selling apparantly "handspliced" snooker cues but they are indeed found out to be painted.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to spot a handspliced cue without having to chip the wood (just in case it is really handspliced and you end up wrecking the cue up)

  1. The butt of a machine spliced cue will have the splices of the butt tapering into a point, whereas a hand spliced cue will be more rounded splices into the shaft of the cue.

  2. Ask before you buy

  3. always check before buying
