Snorkelling in Egypt. Should buy a snorkel now or later?

My girlfriend and I are going to Egypt and would like to go snorkelling. I was wondering if anyone would recommend purchasing a snorkel and mask before we go or wait till we're there. They cost around £25 here for one which looks fairly decent. Can anyone recommend one?

Depends if your going snorkelling more than once during your holiday.My daughter and son in law are there now and the equipment was available at the dive shop inclusive with the cost of the snorkelling trip.

I bought snorkel and mask in Egypt and I was quite satisfied. There was quite nice choice of different types of masks at different prices and you can easily buy it there. And it was definitely cheaper than £25 (English Pounds asd I understand, because in Egypt thay also have pounds - Egyptian Pounds).
