Anyways , is this part of Macbook Pro or do you have to buy this separate?

Coz i am planning to buy a Macbook pro.

Btw, is there anything coming out sometime next yr or in two months, like an upgrade of an Macbook pro? coz ive been hearding about it...

snow leopard is an operating system that is not out yet so if you are buying a macbook pro you will not get snow leopard because it is not out yet so when you get your mac you will get leopard and i have heard they will be changing the design but those are all rumours i have heard the oh and leopard will come with the macbook pro or you could wait till snow leopard comes out but i am not sure when it comes out

Yes, Snow leopard is the name of the next OSX operating system version.  OSX is bundled with the MacBook Pro - current version is OSX 10.5 "Leopard"

Nobody can say for sure when Snow Leopard will be released.
