  1. little kid might

    but other wise no

  2. Its an expression!!!

  3. It's just a saying.  "Please don't eat the yellow snow, watch out where the huskies go."  In some instances snow is eaten if no water, other than frozen is available.  Some Americans eat pigs feet.  Which is worse?

  4. Canadians don't go around saying "Don't eat the Yellow Snow" to each other. This is the title of the song written and performed in1974 by Frank Zappa, who happened to be an American.

So, I guess, your question was misdirected...

  5. As a kid, over fifty years ago, I used to eat snow but then we didn't have to worry about acid-rain/snow. I almost puked when I heard that phrase about yellow snow and never touched it again.

  6. I'm not Canadian, but as a kid we would sometimes eat snow.  We got the idea from that song "Friends like You" by Carol Hart and sung by Marlo Thomas.

You have to get just the top of the freshly fallen snow, we put milk and sugar in it, and it was really good.

It doesn't last that long, doesn't keep, and when it's cold and snowy you don't usually feel like eating something cold.

You should try it! (and yes, avoid the yellow stuff  - lol).

PS Also we would put a little vanilla in the milk first.

  7. No, eating snow actually dehydrates you, an d puts you at risk for Hypothermia.  Do YOU eat snow?

  8. No its an expression - it meens like dont eat yellow snow because dogs pee ther:D

  9. well duh

    who doesnt eat snow!?

    its there for a REASON

  10. No.

Don't eat the yellow snow is just an expression.....it doesn't mean we eat snow.

Although I do live in an igloo...
