I do them both i like both of the sports snowboarding is more fun in my opinion but skiing is more technical.

Snowboarding for sure, but thats what I prefer to do, tried both, but theres always going to be this on-going debate that skiing is better than snowboarding as it was around first, but its preference and it annoys the h**l out of me, some certain skiers that are totally stuck in their old ways.

A fashion statement?? Ha see a perfect example of an old person stuck in their ways, how on earth is it a fashion statement you idiot, its a bloody sport and people do it out of enjoyment, and its idiots like you that makes things like "its a fashion statement". I agree that skiing is more technical, but both are very different and for the people that chose snowboarding because its cool then they are a bit stupid, and also for you to generalise all snowboarders do it because its "cool", I can imagine exactly what kind of poncy skier you are, hoggin the entire piste in your all in one,w aving your poles everywhere, thinking you own the place, ha! But no wonder people prefer to keep away from some of you skiers because of your stinking attitudes towards snowboarders.

All you skiers make me laugh, you all need to get a life, I very much dont think that snowboarders walk around like they own the place, ha! You skiers are no doubt jealous of snowboarders, why would you all have such a problem with them otherwise.

Also, snowboarders cant see behind them??? So do skiers have eyes on the backs of their heads now then, beginners at skiing and beginners at snowboarding are exactly the same, if they get out of control they are both equally dangerous, you people have no idea. and some of you really need to learn how to spell, try reading back your answers and then people may take you seriously!

snowboarding, but you can't see behind you so it is a little more dangerous for other people. expecialy when tourist don't know how to snowboard and they hit other people because of it...so any ways snowboarding

skiing requires greater technical ability..snowboarding however has only emerged as a fashion statement and is seen as the 'cooler' sport. You decide. For me? Its SKIING, no questions asked.
