I found this moth the other day i saw this yellow moth, and i was baffled because it looked like a mini hummingbird bee. and it had a lobster tail. i found what it is on-line and was wondering if anyone knows more about them.

1)how rare are they?

2)where is their living range?

  1. I've caught one of these and it's in my collection.  I live in Colorado and they are somewhat common. They are common to North America, and I see them everywhere in gardens
