  1. Ya, the plates and screws do come with the setup when it ships, but if your just getting a pair of Burton bindings because you have a Burton board don't, the Burton mission bindings are c**p, I had them before and they break and fall apart if your doing serious park or freestyle, there are some much better bindings out there for freestyle, when riding freestyle, your going to want a light setup and the companies, Ride and Rome, make lightweight bindings that also have some style to them, Burton focuses too much on how they look and not performance. Keep Riding

  2. Your bindings come with plates and screws(or at least they should.)  Doublecheck before leaving the store.

Freestyles are decent bindings, but for a few dollars more look into Missions.  If you can spend a touch more Cartels are also great bindings  Better straps and better feel.

Shop around online.  This is a great time to buy last years stuff, at discount.

    Found this:   Missions for $125
