Snowboard Overhang?

i have about a 3cm toe overhang on my snowboard. Is this going to effect my carving?

It depends on how you are measuring.  The only way to know for sure is to ride the board.  If you are in a fast carved turn and you suddenly skip out, then it is too much overhang.  If you are not skipping out then it is good!

Pick up some Burton Binding elevators.  These will raise your feet high enough to where this won't be an issue.  dogfunk.com has them.  Good luck

it depends on the type of turn, if your turn is a skidded traverse then no, if its a dynamic turn where you're using the actual edge and side cut of the board then yes
