Okay, so I'm about to buy a new snowboard online, but first I have a question. Will my boot size be a problem when I buy the new board? I wear approximately a 13-14 sized snowboarding boot and I'm wondering if this would be a problem with the new board.

The board I am getting is a Signal OG series 153.

I am planning to get new bindings in the future, but I'm just making sure!

  2. umm im not sure about that board, but if your feet are that big make sure that you get a wide board to compensate.

  3. Wow - those are some big dogs! I am guessing that is is going to be a problem. Either measure your boots or use a snowboard size calculator to get an idea of how wide the waist of your board (width at the middle) will need to be:

I would think the waist will have to be 266mm to 269mm and that is wide - especially for a 153 board! You might want to think about getting a little longer board and growing into it!

Always remember that a binding with a lifter under it will give you a little more clearance for a wider boot.

    Good Luck
