im going snowboarding in a week, and it'l be my first time going and getting lessons. before i go i want to be prepared. what are some good excersizes to do prior to going snowboarding? i have been practicing balance on a skateboard with a loosened chasis, working on heelside and toeside. i also wakeboard in the summer, and ive heard that helps with snowboarding. anything else i need to know before i go?thanks
