  1. you gotta stay loose...keep your body flexxi..knees bent..and understand that you gotta build up some speed so when you start to GLIDE that then..you can ininiate your turn...with your side facing down the slopetake that arm and point it just under shoulder level..like you were pointing at someone or something...and use it like it was a pointer to where you want to go...your back arm...use that to counter offset your balance and help maintain your ability to keep steady,balanced...when you want to turn..lean your arm over in THAT direction( a little at a time mind you)and use your rear foot and sort of a catalyst to get your board in THAT direction...picture a soccor ball at the heel of your foot and your in your board and you want to use your heel to kick it..well you would use your hips to do this..thus your WHOLE body moves to help you track tha way you want to go....am i confusing you yet man....im tryin not to....come on gang...throw your 2cents this way.....

  2. just think back or opisite form the way u do IF that makes anysence

  3. i would say that the more you fall the less falling you have to look forward too.  if you are leaning back you must be in deep powder, try going on some freshly groomed snow where you can lean forward and hall balls, just watch out for the trees.  which ever foot you have the most weight on is going to be your pivot foot when you try to stop or turn, just focus on that foot and let the other foot swing slowly untill the board is facing side to side instead of straight downhill. if you are regular (left foot forward), put your weight on your left heal and let your right foot swing around and gradually dig in harder with your heals.  once you learn how to stop, you will be able to play around with carving allot easier.
