Snowboarding....help?

alrighty, so my friends bday is in january and for her bday were all going to michigan to go snowboarding... I've nvr been snowboarding and i wanna kno what i should bring..? lol im just lost..

forget about what that guy said. get pants from a SNOWBOARDING BRAND THAT ISN'T BURTON. burton pant's are for posers. then a cool jacket exept for a puffy one or a really super nerdy one. a hat that covers your ears. goggles not glasses... and ones that  have a cool design on them. alright... then pull your pants over your boots, dont wear a neck gator, don't wear a hooded swaetshirt under your coat, and most importantly ZIP UP YOUR JACKET!!!!! you can't say "look at me, im a terrible boarder" more than an open jacket. also hold your board on your side and not across your chest.

You'll need snowboarding/ski pants, a waterproof jacket (preferably made for snowboarding/skiing), in Michigan you'll want a scarf or bandana to cover your mouth because it gets real windy. You'll need snow gloves, warm socks, and goggles/sunglasses and a hat that covers your ears, unless you wanna rock your hairstyle & a pair of ear muffs.

You'll be able to rent the boots/board at the mountain, everything else as far as clothing, you'll want to take with you.

Oh yeah! DON'T FORGET THE CHAPSTICK.

-Sidenote: The most important thing for beginners is to absolutely positively make sure your FEET stay warm. If your feet are comfortable, the rest of you will be. If your feet are freezing, you're in for a miserable day.
