Snowboarding in Canada?

I was thinking about snowboarding in Canada, but it needs to be close to the east cost (driving reasons). I know Whistler is one of the best places but that is way to far. Do you have any suggestions?

  1. mt. tremblant in Quebec is a crazy good resort the mountain is huge theres like three huge parks and the snow is always good

  2. well depending on how east you are

there are amazing snowboarding resorts in Ontario and Quebec that I know of

    Ontario:

Blue Mountain (Collingwood, Ontario) ** best one

    Talisman Ski Resort (Collingwood, Ontario)

London Ski Club aka Boler Mountain  (London, Ontario) **where I snowboard

Chicopee (Kitchener, Ontario) **  i didnt like it there

    Quebec:

    Mount Tremblant (Mount Tremblant, Quebec)

    Mount Sutton (Quebec)

    there are alot more

the best one out of all of these is Mount Tremblant, its pretty close to the scale of Whistler but not quite.  Right Behind it on this list would be Blue Mountain

    good luck! have fun!

  3. If your coming to Canada, and your staying in the east. The only mountains I'd even bother with are

    Ontario:

1)Blue Mountain (probably the only adequate mountain in ont)

    Quebec:

    1)Mt. Tremblant

    2)Sutton

    3)Mt. St. Anne

Otherwise everything else is either in the west, or it's just a hill
