ok so i used to snowboard wen i was 10 or 11. it was on a Black Snow (remembering the good ol days) but then i just quit becuz it got boring. I just recently (like last thursday) got bak into snowboarding. Ive been borrowing my buddies old snowboard. I want to buy a snowboard sometime be4 next winter. I was just wondering what is a good board i can buy? im pretty good at sowboarding (i can go down black diamonds without much trouble) and i will be riding mountains and doing freestyle so i would need a good board 4 both. also im 15 and 5'5'' and 120 pounds. i think im pretty much done growing height wise. also wut r some good brands for goggles, boots, and bindings?

thanx

  1. I'll keep it simple...

Ride Agenda- its not extremely expensive, and even cheaper if you buy the 06-07 season board.

-Its great for riding, and great for freestyle. Not so sure                              about mountains, but its a great board otherwise. Or Ride Kink if your really gonna get into freestyle.

  2. Alright well the common answer your going to get is, GET A BURTON... However, thats not the answer your gonna get out of me. I'm not saying i hate Burton boards, but there are many options out there. In my opinion, go for a board by Palmer, most of there boards are good all-mountain boards...(though stay away from any of there full honeycomb boards, because they can crack on rails). If you want a Burton, I would suggest the Custom or Custom X because of the great all mountain riding, and freestyle ability... As for bindings, I WOULD suggest Burton. I'm currently riding on the Cartel's which are the most responsive, lightest, BEST binding i've every used(also they have the "toe" strap for added support). Oakley makes the best goggles, you should be safe with pretty much anything they make. As for boots, go with whats COMFORTABLE! i can't stress that enough, no matter how expensive a boot is, if its not comfortable don't get it.... I hope that helps...Btw you'll probably need a board in the upper 140's to lower 150's...

  3. Alright. I'm 13 and i'm 5'4" 115 pounds. I've been riding for about 9 years now.

These are the best brands you can get. Just cuz i'm younger don't underestamate me. I can hit double blacks with no problem at all. I know a lot.
