Snowboarding with no ticket? Trouble or no?

can i snowboard without a ticket? if they catch me what will they do? and i can just say that my zipper broke off my coat cant i?

Most places check you when you go to get on the lift.  If you don't have a ticket they will ask you to either prove you brought one with a receipt or have you buy a ticket.  Legally they could call the cops and have you arrested for trespassing.

you're 12 aren't you??? you might be able to get away with a few times but when they do get you it's called "theft of services" which is a pretty serious crime---think of how many lift tickets you could've bought with that 1000 dollar fine that your parents will have to pay

you have to be careful

most places have receipts

but where i go to,

they routinely punch holes on peoples lift tickets before they board the lift

so they know if you've been there for 4 hrs

or only 1

depending on how many holes you have punched in your ticket

it seriously isn't worth it, just pay them
