So, France no longer uses the Franc--it's now the Euro (continued)?

If so, is the Euro generic money that is used in all of Europe? I still hear English people talk about the Pound??

  1. A few years back many countries in Europe switched to the Euro, but some countries such as England kept their currency.  At the moment it is worth more than the American dollar.

  3. The British never went with the Euro as their currency like most of the rest of Europe did.  They still use the pound.

    Other countries in Europe retain their own national country.
