Lately I've had a lot of trouble sleeping, I have a horrible headache, I constantly bite the inside of my cheeks cause they feel weird, I keep clenching my teeth and tightening my jaw, biting the sides of my tounge, I feel super dizzy and I keep fidgeting.. I dunno it feels like there's something wrong, anyone have any suggestions?

  1. sounds like anxiety, take some good quality B-Complex vitamins. They are your anti stress vitamins.

If that doesn't work, you may want to get a blood test done for parasites. We ALL get them, some are much more sensitive to them.

    Good Luck

  2. It sounds like you're totally stressed out!  You might try chewing a lot of gum all day to help control your clenching/biting impulse.  Stress can also cause headaches and dizzy spells, and give you insomnia.

You need to figure out what is causing you stress in your life and do something about it.

  3. Do visit your doctor. Seems like anxiety but only a doctor can tell. follow the recommendations below to get a good sleep
