  2. Bush has the right idea.We have to spend our way out.

  3. Don't be fooled by all the election year rhetoric.  We are not in a recession.  The economy has slowed considerably, but it is still growning.  The price of oil and the sub-prime lending "crisis" of the past two quarters are major contributors of this slow down.

The stock market is still strong and made up for the earlier losses, & unemployment is stable around 5%

  4. Elect steven colbert

  5. We are and we are headed towards another great depression. There isn't much hope with the "mainstream" candidates. They are all going to continue to run this country into the ground. Although there is always Ron Paul. He is the only hope this country seems to have.

  6. Yes, we are in a recession.  The media keeps asking the opinions of financial "experts", saying we MIGHT be in one.  Wow - I should have been one of those - I'd be RICH.  To get out of it, we need to vote Ron Paul.  Then, we need to stop importing so much from other countries.  After that, we need to protect our sovereignity and become a little less "convenience oriented".  When a government makes people dependent on them for day to day living, they have us around their pinky finger.  We need to make sure that we don't get in the trap of saying socialized medicine, etc. is a good idea (only drives taxes through the roof).  We NEED to be very, very wary of our government's intentions nowadays.  For example, research info on the North American Union.  Gov. Richardson (NM) is in Mexico signing agreements with their government although his offices decline to say what types of agreements.  Trust me - no conspiracy theory here.
