Now that their pitching is better, their hitting is off...where do you think they'll end up?

  1. I see them taking 2nd place in the NL East either .5 or 1 game behind the Mets

  2. Missing the playoffs by a few games Brewers getting the Wild Card and Mets winning the division

  3. I really doubt they will make the playoffs, but that's wishful thinking right now.  My team will not blow up this year so dont count on a repeat.  The Mets are just the better team in the division face it, with the exception of the bullpen both teams can score a ton of run's and our starting pitching is so much better.  I'm glad we handed Lidge his first blown save (in my opion) even though the run was not his...now he's shakin up a little

  4. "I'm with you DANJO"!

they will not make it out the first round

what am i saying! what playoffs

  5. 2nd NL East, but miss playoffs because the Brewers will win the Wild Card.

EDIT: The Mets will win the division

  6. How far is their drive home?

  7. win the division

  8. hopefully,not far

  9. The Phillies will win the division because the Mets bullpen right now is just awful!!    you never know how far the Phils  can go because they can be really good at times and sometimes really bad too. But i hope they make it far!!

  10. How far can a Phillies team go with Rollins, Burrell, Howard, Werth, Utley, Feliz, Myers, Hamels, and the rest?

I'd say: Phillies all the way to the World Series

    Hope that answers.

  11. They finish 2nd in the NL East. The Mets win the division.

    The Phillies don't impress me.

  12. I still think they will not make the playoffs, the Mets will win the division by a game or 2.  Their pitching is still very shaking to me, after Hammels there is no reliable starter.  Anyone after Hammels can blow up.

  13. 2nd in east, miss the wildcard to the brewers, brewers are just too good and the mets just caught fire at the right time.

  14. We've messed up a ton this year.  J-Roll's been off, but over this past series v Cubs, he's come back.  Winning 2 out of 4 v the Cubs is great.  We blew the other two games from our bullpen, who had an off night.  We did it last year with almost the same squad 7 games back from the Mets, we can surely do it again.

We'll probably play the Brewers as the #2 team (The Cubs can't play the Brewers in the Divisional Series since they are in the same division.)  We'll see after our series with the Brewers in September.  They can surely beat the Cubs, but a World Series title is unlikely
