My hair is curly, and it's in a bob with about 2 layers that are choppy. I've just got back from the hairdressers, and i had a full fringe cut, i used to have a graudual side fringe. so, my question is, how am i supposed to do the fringe? do i blow dry it done so it's easier to straighten? or leave it to naturally dry? also, i leave the rest of my hair curly because i've been told it's really nice curls. thank-you :]

  1. when i had a full fringe, i used to comb it down like forward as it would normaly sit when it was wet, if i left it to the side or something when it was wet it would dry there, and it was soo hard to straighten down, so try to make sure it is in place when wet, then, blowdry it down, and straighten it with a bit of a curl in it, this means its not as flat to the face, just a slight one, it looks more shapely and will go better with your curly hair.

also, i used to put hairspray on mine, like just a matt one, the red one from boots is good, its called SHOCKWAVES and that used to keep my fringe in place all day plus its not too expensive, as you will be using it everyday, im not sure about at boots because their websites down but at superdrug its Buy 2 for £3.99, and i know it sounds cheap, but the quality is good.. and not look as covered as it was! but yeah this was one of my essentials as i hated having a split of hair on my fringe.. or it would flatten out too much/

its the part where your parting used to be that will be difficult, keep patience with it, and should be fine!

  2. experiement-------->blow dry it?? i9f ur gunna strighten it anyway it dosent matter

  3. you should try straightning cream, its supposed to help straighten it and keep it straight

  4. try to remember what the hairdresser did (if you like how it is right now). umm i have long fine straight hair so i dunno how curly would react with... air drying bangs.
