  1. Why would he be n there to begin with?

    No you are safe..........

  2. It is your house and you have certain rights.  Once you asked them to leave, and they didn't, they were breaking the law.  It's called trespassing.  You have the right to forcefully remove someone from your house who does not reside there.

  3. no you cant be arested its youre property and you didnt harm him so no you cant be arested

  4. Oh wow, really? They are going door-to-door now?

Nah, no arrest necessary. Unless you physically threw him. LOL

  5. You can throw career counselors, insurance salesmen, 7th Day Adventists, uninvited visitors from Indiana, or anyone else out of your home without being arrested. In fact, if they DON'T leave, you can have them arrested...and I most certainly would.

Recruiters (excuse me, "career counselors") are nothing more than snake oil salesmen trying to con impressionable young people into joining a military engaged in an unconstitutional, illegal, immoral 'war' against another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States. It is not all that different from how the Hitler regime 'recruited' youth in pre-World War II days, when young people were brainwashed with 'patriotic' sales pitches and worthless promises.

The last Constitutionally legal 'war' was World War II, which was officially declared by Congress. America was attacked by an enemy and millions of young men and women courageously joined to defend our country. Like most 'wars' America has been involved in since, this Iraq 'war' is nothing but a sham. Bush lied to Congress, hoodwinked the American people, and conned our valiant troops into believing there was honorable purpose in this 'war'. In fact, 675,000 Iraqis and [many, many] more than 4,400 U.S. soldiers have died so that a handful of wealthy elitists, industrialists, oil barons and power brokers can become wealthier and more powerful.

Now, our military is stretched to its limits because of this atrocity - and recruiters will make any promises or use any slick tactic they can to try and bring more young men and women into this vicious, vile n**i-like occupation in Iraq.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and all their war-mongering friends deserve a special oil-soaked corner of h**l where they can rot for eternity for their cruel and unjustifiable crimes, ALONG with:

    * all 535 members of a Republican-led U.S. Congress that stood idly by and allowed the Bush administration to violate our Constitution and decimate our country's honor -

    AND

    - all 535 members of a Democratic-led U.S. Congress that promised to end this obscene 'war' if elected, and - to date - have done absolutely nothing to keep that promise.

May God d**n them all!!      -RKO-   08/14/08
