So, my ex and my best friend (now bf) had a code speak acronym, probably spanish. What does TQM mean?

Yeah, so, my ex who I was madly in love with years ago married my once best friend. When parting, they would say T.Q.M. She was taking spanish courses and he spoke spanish fluently. They made allusions to it being a spanish term as well. Does anyone know what this might mean?
