I didnt know people were "hating" on Kimbo like that to begin with. BUT, to answer your question, this fight proved nothing. I was ordering UFC PPvs when nobody even heard of it. Let me tell you something, back then, Tank was a monster. Tank was what Kimbo is rite now, a Beast. You couldnt touch Tank bakk in the day. This fight featured Kimbo going against a end of the road Tank Abbott. He didnt even look like he cared. If you are really a MMA "fan" and payed attention to the sport instead of just jumping on the now bandwagon, you would know that the Tank you saw on Saturday, wasnt even 10% of what he used to be. Also, the main thing Kimbo haters will continue to say is, "Wait until someone takes him to the ground".

please the fight was a joke Tank abbott is 42 year old Kimbo is 34  a big difference of age what Showtime is buiding a name for Kimbo thats all for a example Brock Lesnar fought a ex champion of UFC he lost but thats the challenge of it plus Kimbo need to fight good fighter not bum from the streets like he use to do in miami like when he lost with Sean Gannon a real MMA fighter here is the video

I like Kimbo. I met him personally down in Miami and he's a good guy, but he's gotta start fighting better competition other than a 45 year old Ray Mercer and a 42 year old Tank Abbott.

The fact that he murdered Tank means absolutely nothing.  He is still overrated, he still has never fought anyone of note, until he beats a real fighter then his fans can't say a word. This is also in the wrong section, next time try Martial Arts not Boxing.

I knew he would. Tank was good back in the day. But Kimbo is a beast. They should have him fight Brock Lesnar so he would go away.
