  1. I honestly do. It was rumored (actually from Michael Waltrip's mouth)  that last year Joe Gibbs was helping Michael Waltrip (a Toyota team) while still being under contract with Chevrolet. Of course the Gibbs organization denied those claims and they should because that would be a breach of contract. There were news articles all over the internet and Yahoo  that confirms this. It is very possible that Michael Waltrip could have provided Joe Gibbs the sway bar that was stolen from Jack Roush so  it could be duplicated which improved car handling.

Also let me add this. Kyle's team mate Denny was  fined for intentionally bringing out a caution in order for Kyle to catch Dale Earnhardt Jr. Dale had a huge lead and Kyle would have never caught Dale on the long run so a caution and a short run was their strategy. Intentional bringing out a caution is against the rule. If you break the rules you are cheating, right? I think Gibbs is posing as a Christian but yet running his organization like the devil himself.

  2. The fun thing here is the fact that Gibbs keeps saying that they are a christian organization and have been caught cheating, so I am guessing that some of that holier than thou BS has been proven false? As was said earlier, all teams cheat whether recently or in the past it is just a matter of getting caught.

  3. Bunnie loves kyle Busch and I am mad gibbs cheated even though Busch didnt race.

Bunnie and I dont get what the magnets are for......to help the foot of the driver stay on the pedal????

    XXOO BUNNIE and MANDY

  4. Atleast someone these days are still trying to beat the NASCAR FULL OF c**p rulebook..

Kudos to them, and to answer your question.. Yes, they are probably carrying over the same type of c**p into the CUP series.

  5. More than likely yes.  I doubt they only did it 1 time in the 2 Nationwide cars.  You can bet their cars in every series will be checked much more closely now.

  6. I don't know.  It is easier to get caught in cup cheating.

Shotgun3 above me has a great answer.

  7. Another door of cheating opened and another area to be checked by NASCAR.

Did they Cheat,Have they cheated? Well i'd venture to say yes. Will they do it again, yes. Will they cover their trail better, they'll attempt to but they will be under a microscope in inspections now.

  8.   well if nascar would stop playing these control games and allow teams simple rules STOCK sheet metal and limit CFM and CIDs and let them go.  take the rule book back about 20 years when it was a true no giveme sport. Nascar just isnt as fun as it was back then. all the cars are the same no brand loyality.

  9. I think every team has cheated at some point but they'll call it pushing the gray areas.

  10. Maybe since they got caught in the nationwide series, nascar will open their freakin eyes and catch him in the cup series too.  You can't be THAT good and not have something going on.

Or maybe someone's paying nascar a TON to look the other way!

  11. They all "cheat."  It's just a question of if you get caught.
