Not that I support the Iraq war, but to say we can't afford it but then give our money away? Why not use that money to help Americans especially considering our current economic problems?

And if you would include a link or an article or some actual data regarding Obama's "plan" I think you would get better answers.

As for fighting global poverty? I'm all for it. Where do you think terrorism comes from? It's much smarter and more civilized for America to spend some money (mere pennies compared to the Iraq Occupation, I might add) actually HELPING humanity as opposed to wholesale slaughter occurring for the past five years in Iraq.
