The 7/7 London bombings that were probably organised by our government and security services.

Consider the circumstances:

1. The targets were random personnel and low cost assets. A genuine Muslim group would have selected high profile city targets or US or Jewish owned businesses. Consider the damage done by the IRA in the City.

2. Blair was on the spot at the Gleneagles G8 summit. He was about to make a speech in which he would either have to criticise US energy policy or back down on previous statements made to EU leaders. The 7/7 bombings ensured that speech was never made.

3. On the previous day, the IOC announced that London would host the 2012 Olympics. I think a genuine Islamic group would have planned their attack in advance of the IOC announcement.

Undoubtedly an inside job.

I think that conspiracies are unlikly simply due to the fact that too many people would have to be able to keep a secret.  And there is no way that 3 people will keep the same secret, therefore the whole idea that dozens of people will keep mum about something like Kennedy, or 9-11 or whatever is simply beyond my ability to believe.

While global warming may be real is it any coincidence it came to the forefront of politics a couple of years before the now ever present energy crisis?

Scepticism would say this crisis was expected and world governments planned on ways to get the population to reduce consumption while making them aware of the impeding crisis through the doom and gloom of Global warming so subconsciously they would be expecting something along the lines of this scenario.

Analysis of fuel reserves and production schedules are calculated many years in advance and its impossible to believe that what were experiencing now could not be anticipated as real 5 years back. If you condition people to expect the worst then they won't be surprised when the worst happens.

Unlike the rest of your answers, this isn't a theory. The part of the UK that gets most in subsidies from central government is the South East of England. But you won't hear that from ANYONE in government.

I am a big Israeli activist, so I think that recently, the government has said that they created a "peace treaty" with Hamas officials.

I think that is just so that Israelis will feel more comfortable around Arabs, because there has been recent hostility.

Hamas recently sent over some rockets, so I don't think the whole treaty ever was.

Regarding the British government I'd say it was the misleading reasons given for 'justifying' the war in Iraq (i.e. the 'dodgy dossier' claiming that Iraq posed a threat to Israel deployable within 45 minutes) and, relatedly, the pressure brought to bear on government scientist Dr David Kelly, who publicly disclosed the government's duplicity, and was later found dead, the official verdict being suicide.
