  1. just do lots of yoga daily and eat 5 small healthy meals a day...drink enough water...you will eventually lose around 6 lbs by christmas...walk a lot too,but really you shoudnt lose much weight...

  3. congratulations, if youve already lost a lot the last few will be the hardestyou know as youll have reached a plateau overcome by changing your exercises etc

  4. I'm 5"6' and used to be 110lb, I stopped getting my period.

    126 lb is thin, you don't need to be thinner.

    I am now much more likely to get osteoporosis - you see those old women stooped over with hump in their back well that's what you will get at a relatively young age if you get underweight.

    If you want to look better then tone up your muscles with exercise and at the most lose a couple of pounds.

I think you should consider you goal weight like 112 because I am 5'4 I just had a baby and before I got pregnant I weighed 110 and I loved it but since your taller I would say to go down about 112 !!   I am 120 so i still got 10 more pounds to go palaties helps with that !

  8. Are you trying to get people to compliment on how thin and hot your body must be? That's a pretty cheap way to receive compliments. If you lose any more weight, you'll end up being the next Nicole Richie.

  12. Your current BMI is 20 (desirable). At 110lbs your BMI will be 18 (underweight). If you don't look good at 126lbs then go for it.
