So Dodgers and Yankees are two happy campers now cause Manny is traded to Dodgers today...Is that true?

Other than losing two of three to the Orioles and possibly taking an L to the Angels tonight, the last few days have been GOLDEN for Yankees fans. Not only did the Yanks take two of three from the Red Sox, the team picked up Nady and Marte for next to nothing, got rid of Farnsworth and picked up a solid everyday catcher in Ivan Rodriguez and then saw a major Yankee killer traded away from Boston for Jason Bay.

In short, yes. Yankees fans are happy and I'm sure Dodgers fans are, too.

yep, but don't think the red sox got too bad of a deal. Jason Bay is a great player, he might not be a Manny Ramirez but at least he doesn't distract the other players or cause trouble for his organization.

the yankees (who i'm a fan of xD), got a decent deal but at the end of the year it'll bite them in the *** b/c:

1. pudge might not do too well, as most veterans underperform in new york

2. they're gonna have to choose between him and posada.

the dodgers got a great deal, they get some amazing offense with Manny, which'll help them close the gap between them and the diamondbacks and possibly bring them to the playoffs.
