my family likes to get things done before hand and were kinda stressed as to why my high school never sent one yet. Yes there's still 5 days left of summer till school (well for my district) but wouldn't they have sent something by now?

If you list the essentials for high school I would be grateful.

Also, I live in Puyallup, Washington and this year I'm going to Rogers High school so if you go to that school and have probably received a school supply list, may I humbly ask to plz list the items that I direly need. This year I will be a sophomore.

-Thank you-

  1. Pretty much what everyone else said. You should get the specifics of what you'll need on the first day from each individual teacher. Also, check online to see if any of your teachers have supply lists on their personal web pages. Right now, I'd get the basics: Pens, pencils, loose leaf paper, Spiral notebooks, folders, three ring binder, highlighters, etc.

  2. In my past experience with High School, each individual teacher will require something specific but for the most part will not inform you of such until the first day of class.

Usually the list/s of whatever a teacher will require of you are included on a class syllabus, which once again, should be acquired the very first day of each specific class, from the respective teacher.

If you want to prepare early, I suggest pens, pencils, notebook paper, a good calculator for math class, some binders for personal organization, and some of the smaller pocketed folders. Other options include a 3 ring hole puncher (they make some that fit inside of notebooks), and some white out.

  3. Spiral notebooks -5 subjects and 1 subjects

    pens

    new bookbag

    eraser

    pencils

    1 folder

    ti-83 calculator

    3 ring loose leaf paper

That is what my daughter told me to buy her.

  4. most high schools dont supply you with a list. its a part of growing up. taking on the responsibility and knowing what you need. get the basics, folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, and all the basic stuff you always need. and if you need anything special for a certain class then the teacher will tell you on the first day so you can get it.

  5. A lot of the times, high schools don't send out school supply lists. Most of the time the first day of school is when teachers pass out a syllabus with all the requirements of the class, including supplies. Don't worry about it. The teachers aren't going to hate that you didn't bring 4 spiral notebooks to class on the first day of school.
