So I'm Going to the Six Flags-Great America! Park in Gurnee, IL soon...?

and it's my 8th grade class trip. All my friends love roller coasters. I hate them. I know, I know. It's like, why am I even going? Well, I want to be with my friends. Anyways, so I hate roller coasters. The only ones I've ever been on EVER are Sprocket Rockets and the Whizzer. I'm thinking about riding the Demon, but I'm scared of the loops. So my question to you guys is this: Is the Demon a good "first roller coaster" for a girl who is terrifyed of them? Is it scary? Do you think I'll be afraid of anything on it? What is it like when you go through the loops? Are there any huge hills? Help please!

that was me llast summer, i was scared sh*tless of rollercoasters, but let me put it this way my first ride was V2, one off the most extreme ones there than batman (very fun one) then raging bull,and yes it is terrifying, BUT only when your climbing up, on the drop your busy having to much fun to be scared.

i had a fear of coasters myself. my fear was to not throw-up. i stopped eating before the big day and it stopped that. as far as a caoster fear &quot;coasterphobia&quot; just get on one and when it starts, close your eyes. one hem from time to time until you get used to them. you will. just dont look at the whole trip.
