So I'm about to study abroad in Europe, how bad is the timing?

Considering the value of the dollar, timing is garbage. Do you think its going to get worse?

You know, if it's the age that it's good for you, and you can do it, then do it.  don't worry about when the dollar will go back up again.  

Considering how long it was really high, I doubt that you'll get a better opportunity.  I doubt it's going to go up much soon.  It was high for almost thirty years.  How long do you suppose it will take to get back to that point?  I'm guessing, another 25 to 30 years....do you want to wait that long?  The difference will probabaly not be terribly appreciable if you wait until, like next year.
