So I'm going to a nightclub for the first time...?

Im a guy and i dont know really what to 'do' there lol...yea u dance but im going with a bunch of guy friends so do i just dance myself first? or do i just go up and dance with a random girl? how does it work lol..may seem stupid but help me :D

yeah just go out onto the floor and dance and if u see a girl u wanna dance with go up to her and if she's feeling u then she'll dance with you but if ur whack then she'll let u know

Get drunk before you even walk inside, it will help loosen you up and you wont be all nervous, then just do whatever you want. Not everybody dances, lots of people just go and hang out on the sidelines and "mingle". I usually get really drunk and go dance and the girls usually come up to me but everybody is different. I only go when my favorite bands are playing live, I agree with boyd b, nightclubs are like meat markets and they are very over rated. You can always find girls in normal everyday activities and the ones in the clubs are the kinds I usually wouldn't want to date anyways.

It really depends on what you are comfortable with, if you are fine with going up to a random girl, then go for it! If not, just dance with your friends or by yourself, maybe you'll find someone on the dance floor.

I myself am a very shy person, so I just dance with a group of friends, but I have more 'gutsy' friends who automatically go out and find a partner to dance with.

It all depends on what you feel comfortable with, I know the first time there is a little awkward and intimidating, but just relax and have fun.
