So I'm thinking about starting boxing...?

I've started jogging this summer and am tryign to plan ahead for winter because it snows a lot here and won't always be able to get out jogigng. Rather than just getitng a gym membership I was thinking I'd like to do a project and thought that I'd like to learn how to box.

I'm pretty klutzy... does that matter?

I don't have great reflexes... wll they get better or am I doomed?

Does it really hurt? Is it going to really mess up my head?

I want to do this for fun, not to start boxing in crazy matcjes and such... can it be done?

  1. dont spar agressivly and you will be fine.

    and as far as theklutzy part that will sharpen up too cause your coordination will farly get better


  2. Boxing is a great way to get in shape. Tell your trainer beforehand that you're not looking to do intense sparring. That you just wanna work on punching and cardio. There are tons of great beginner guides out there.
