So I'm trying this new diet...?

I'm trying this diet called the 5-4-3-2-1 diet. along with

exercising (200 crunches and running 30 minutes aday)

has anyone done this diet before and what were the reults??

any advice??

  1. I came across one that I am about to start that says remove all starches for they become fat in our bodies. That makes since. And sugars too.
