And I was wondering if I should add heat with my hairdryer like on a low setting??

Oh and if you know any good treatments/conditioners for bleached/damaged hair let me know thanks :D.

not while conditioning.

when you blow dry your hair add TRESsemme heat tamer spray and blow dry on meduim or low to greatly reduce damage :]

umm this is really expensive but Ojon the people of the beautiful hair line has this wonderful deep conditioner it's $21 for an ounce and $55 for 5 ounces

Does the treatment call for heat? If so, then you should add heat.

For bleached/damaged hair, you should always use professional moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

Hello,

You can cover your head with a shower cap or Saran Wrap and heat your hair up with your hair dryer on low. This will help the conditioner penetrate the cuticle more.
