Well the subscription ended. So I went on line and tried to do a new subscription, but it kept saying the sin: or whatever number is invalid or wrong? Any one have this problem? Or know how to fix it? I know the number was right I mean its right under the antenna

The number you are looking for is displayed on the radio, I believe channel 1 or 0, this is the number you need, the one under the antenna means nothing for a subscription.
