When do you think I can expect the papers to pay for the taxes? Will it come next year or will I have more time to save?

W-2s for employees and 1099s for independent contractors are mailed out in January for the prior year's income. You then have until April 15 to file, or request an extension to Oct, 15, but if you do not pay by April 15, you are liable for interest until taxes are paid Oct 15.

if u worked in 2008 u will get "the papers" by feb 1, 2009.

I believe you will get the papers the beginning of next year around tax time
