So I got a Sweet 16 invitation..?

I got a sweet 16 invite from one of my friends a while back and I am replying to it right now. It came with a little reply card to fill out, and I dont understand what to do on one part.

It says, we hope you can join us for (girl)'s sweet 16

please rsvp by aug 1

and then it has a line with M__________

and some check boxes on who will attend.

WHAT am i supposed to put in the M____ box? :/

Put your name on the M line.  M stands for either Mr or Ms.

Just call and ask....simple as that

The M is supposed to indicate the start of Mister, or Mrs., Or Miss, or Ms.

You invitation probably looks like this:

M________________

Will joyfully attend     or       Regretfully Declines

So - you'll fill it in -- Mister SlicerGraffix

Will joyfully attend

Is she charging you a certain amount of money to attend?  Maybe the amount of money goes in that box.  Otherwise, I have no clue.  Just give her a call tomorrow.
