  1. When the mail comes to the house with a return address from the court house, our parents may find out;better you tell them.

Your 18 an an adult in the courts so it is on your record permanantly.

It depends on the judge you get, if this is your first offense probably just a fine. This time a citation what about next time? This is a big deal if your 18 and drinking alcohol what will you be doing when your 21?

  2. Since you're over the age of 18, the only way your parents will find out is if you tell them.  So, unless you wanna fill them in, you're in the clear.  Also......do your parents really think you don't drink at college?!?!

  3. I had this happen to me in college in Huntington WV, don't hold that against me.

I plead guilty and had to do community service, it was that or pay a fine.  I ended up helping at the Salvation Army for a couple hours and that was that.  I had an out of state license and nothing happened, they are not going to ask Virginia to suspend you license over this.  You are one of many kids in a college town that they either want labor or money from, they don't want to f-up your life.

    No worries, go mountaineers.

  4. no worries they wont tell your parrents and nothing will happen beyond the fine

  5. if you were just caught outside with alcohol just pay the fine , as far as your parents ,as long as you are 18 they will not find out

    good luck
