No im not g*y i just need a fine art anyways i have a ballet perfomance thingy tomorrow and im nervous any tips to help me relax

  1. to relax. there's plenty of things you can do to relax. breathing is the most obvious, take deep breaths and relax. sometimes letting your body fall when you breathe (shoulders lifting etc) helps relax muscles. also warm showers/baths helps. just be confident.
