So I have a backyard Ice rink.?????????

And it's really unlevel right now, well not unlevel, bumpy. Is there a way to smooth it out. Right now were Just doing the-hose water method.

I would suggest adding more water to it, or buying a resurfacer for the ice (like these here http://www.nicerink.com/resurfacers/) Good luck!

once you fill it with water past the bumps it will level out

just keep doing what yer doing it takes time to get the surface smooth.
