I've been experiencing knee pain for years now and I'm age 17. I've been told running might help me, but I haven't done any running for one year since I left tennis. Is there a way to increase my running longer easy?

  1. You should see an orthopedist because the pain could be caused by all kinds of different things and what you should or shouldn't do for it will depend on what's causing it.


  2. You can get a brace at any local drug store or walmart.  or icing your knee for about 20 minutes before running.  

  3. why not try doing little steps( i don't mean baby steps) but try jogging( not running) around a small park for like 5 min and then 10 min until you get use to running for at least 20 minutes. do that everyday and you will get use to it

    but first of all you should go for check up first since your having knee pain.
