Is the new guy able to have children? Would they be your children or his children?

Not true. Organ transplants are very risky to your health because you will have to take drugs for the rest of your life that suppress your immune system. The drugs make you more vulnerable to infectious diseases and other problems like cancer. Even then, there is still a chance that your body will reject the organ.

Now, if you have an ESSENTIAL organ that is failing, like your heart or both of your kidneys, you need a transplant because the benefits (continuing to live) outweigh the risks of a transplant. However, a teste is not essential to life, but rather for childbearing. It would be irresponsible to offer teste donations when the guy can just get a sperm donor or adopt a child.

It isn't impossible, but given how insanely expensive immunosupressant drugs are, I don't see the point. Plus, the person recieving the t******e (unless he's an identical twin brother of the donor) would need blood tests every 3 days to see how your other organs are doing for the rest of his life (or at least until the t******e stops working or needs to be removed).

It would just be easier to use donated sperm.

it wold work like any other organ transplant yet many factors in making spermatozoa and I think it wold. and I think that your genetics would be past on that way. get lab rats and do a genotype to both of them and than trans plant the nut from one to the other but you haft to make certain that they are the same blood type hi school level try it.

But you can donate sperm,which would make you genetically (but not legally or socially) the father.
