If I had my period from July 18 to the 22nd, could I have ovulated already? I had the wetness on Tuesday and a Gummy, clear discharge yesterday. Could it be that I ovulated?

Definitely!  The clear watery cervical mucus is your peak days for conceiving.  Usually you have thicker cervical mucus a day or two before your peak.  If you want to get pregnant, now would be the time to do so!!!!
