If you carry no other bags on the plane, yes. That means NO purse.

Yes. (Depending, of course, on how big your camera bag is, and how big the separate bag you plan to put your laptop in is.

that's what it looks like to me...so yes you can carry the camera as a personal item and put the laptop in your carry on bag as long as it meets the weigh requirement

yep.

one checked bag, one carry on (laptop), and personal item (camera). but if you have a purse, that counts as a personal item. If you are to carry a purse, you need to put the camera in the purse or laptop bag.
