So Im going to be going to college and i want to live off campus.?

Im 17 so i was wondering if id be able to get an apartment, with the help of the college, to live in while i go to college?

Um... for the best answer, I would need to know WHERE you're going to college!  

Some colleges require you to live on campus the first year.  If that's not what your college requires, then just find a place.  "Subleasing" is a great way to get an apartment without too much commitment.  

The best website I have ever found is a website where you take your college nickname (sometimes mascot), and then add a "apartments.com"  for example, http://www.hoosierapartments.com/ or http://www.boilerapartments.com/ etc.  It is the best site to find apartments and subleases near campus, it is easy to use, and free!

yes you would be able to but you would probably have to have a parent or someone co-sign it with you enless you have extremely well credit or if a scholarship pays for it then you shouldn;t have a problem but sometimes living on campus is better because it helps you stay more focused believe it or not most parties ive ever been to were off campus and dont join a sorority
