  2. Here is how to lose 10 lbs in 3 days.

    First Day

    Breakfast

    half grapefruit or juice

    1 slice of toast with 1 tbsp. peanut butter

    Lunch

    1/2 can of tuna

    1 slice of toast

    Dinner

    3 oz. any lean meat (like chicken)

    1 cup of green beans

    1 cup of carrots

    1 cup of vanilla ice cream

    1 apple

    --------------------------------------...

    Second Day

    Breakfast

    1 egg (boiled or scrambled)

    1 slice of toast

    half banana (save the other half for dinner)

    Lunch

    1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna (6oz can)

    5 saltine crackers

    Dinner

    2 beef frankfurters (hot dogs)

    1/2 cup of carrots

    the other half banana from this morning (eww)!

    1 cup of broccoli or cabbage

    1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

    --------------------------------------...

    Third Day

    Breakfast

    5 regular saltine crackers

    1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese

    1 apple

    Lunch

    1 hard boiled egg

    1 slice of toast

    Dinner

    1 can of tuna

    1 cup of carrots

    1 cup of cauliflower

    1 cup of melon (any type)

    1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

    With every meal, black coffee or tea is allowed.

    It's also recommended:

    Drink four to eight glasses of water daily

    Don't add fats when preparing food

    Don't skip meals

    Condiments Allowed

    * lemon (and lots of it, if you like)

    * a dash of salt and/or pepper

    * mustard

    * cooking spray

    * artificial sweetener for the coffee or tea

    * multivitamin pill

    Substitutions

    Some people use the following substitutions for the 3 day diet:

    * Orange instead of Grapefruit

    * Tuna instead of Cottage cheese (and vice versa)

    * Frozen yogurt instead of Ice Cream

    * Cauliflower instead of Broccoli (and vice versa)

    * Green beans instead of Broccoli or Cauliflower

    * Beets instead of Carrots

    * Toast instead of 5 crackers (and vice versa)

    The theory behind the 3 Day Diet plan is that if you eat a specific mix of foods you will create some kind of chemical reaction in your digestive system, boosting your metabolism and causing the body to burn fat at a quicker rate than usual. Dieters should remain on the diet program for only 3 days and must take a 2 day break before repeating it. But please don't just get into a pattern like that long term.

    sorry, but diet and excercise. lots of cardio. and dont go under 1200 calories.

  6. Yup, I'm with the first respondent, your only solution as far as I can see is the amputation of a limb or two.

  7. cut the garbage,soda,chips,ect. nothing white.

    no white:

    bread

    potato

    rice

    cut the sugar to a minimum

    no corn [ it's a bread product ] or lima beans

    no whole milk

    replacements:

    yams

    sweet potato

    brown or wild rice

    wheat or dark breads [ remember cereals count as a bread ]

    2% milk


  8. Any reason why you want to do this? Well you can always stop eating for 10 days and the results will be that you'll look like a skeleton and become extremely mal-nurished but hey!!, you lose 15 pounds or more!

  9. Ok, go for a run around a room at homw or something, if you live in thew midlands i can help u cause im doing the same thing but i duno where u r from lol only eat when u need to and only eat negetive calories x

    Can give you freely Oxygen and Water.

    For the next 10 days live on oxygen and water ONLY.

    While you are hungry take deep breath and push in hard to your stomach.
